Return & Refund Policy

We hope your pleased with your order from us but if for whatever reason your not you can read our returns and refund policy below.  

These Terms apply to any items purchased in store or online.

We offer a return policy of up to 30 days, providing the item is unopened, unused and not damaged. If you've received a damaged item please get in touch with us help@jtengland.co.uk. To return an item you will need to provide proof of purchase such as, email confirmation or proof of purchase on your bank statement. After confirming a verified purchase we can offer an instore credit or a full refund. 

To return your item you can either bring it instore or post it back to us using a tracked service. We ask that you arrange the postage and we will credit the postage costs with your refund. If you would like to return an item please get in touch info@jtengland.co.uk
